TOPDOG/UNDERDOG

Suzan-Lori Parks's Topdog/Underdog is a tense, sharp drama about two African American brothers, Lincoln and Booth, locked in a battle of survival, identity, and inheritance. Set in a single room, the play uses themes of abandonment, rivalry, and the haunting legacies of family and race in America.
